We have lived here for 7 months and find it a wonderful place to live. The grounds are very well maintained and the laundry ... room is kept up nicely. But the thing that makes this place so nice is that the staff is very friendly and will listen if you have a problem and will work to help correct it. The maintenance team has always been very professional and they make sure the problem is solved. The work has always been done in a timely manor. As for value we looked at many other complexes but we found this to be a very reasonable rent compared to other apartments of equal size.
