Worst apartments ever!
The property management is RUDE!!! Run down apartments over priced next door neighbor house reaked of urine so bad the rats ... from his apartment were going into mine! The biggest problem is the roaches everywhere in the tub in the bathroom sink in the kitchen and light fixtures and when I reported these nasty bugs were getting into my daughter bed they sent maintenance with raid that did nothing I even had raid don’t bother renting here Mitch is rude and they only nag when the rent is not paid not when roaches are climbing on children Read More about Worst apartments ever!By: Anonymous

Mitch, the assistant manager, made the application process very easy. The management and staff are friendly, and the property ... is always kept clean for residents. They consistently send emails with updates and announcements, which I appreciate. The neighbors are friendly, pets are allowed, and it feels calm and safe to walk around at night. We love it here. We have lived here for 7 months and find it a wonderful place to live. The grounds are very well maintained and the laundry ... room is kept up nicely. But the thing that makes this place so nice is that the staff is very friendly and will listen if you have a problem and will work to help correct it. The maintenance team has always been very professional and they make sure the problem is solved. The work has always been done in a timely manor. As for value we looked at many other complexes but we found this to be a very reasonable rent compared to other apartments of equal size.
